Abstract
This invention provides a macrocyclic compound of formula (I'), or an isotopic variant, tautomer, stereoisomer, prodrug, polymorph, hydrate, or solvate thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also provides methods for preparing the compound, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compound, and the use of the compound in the prevention and treatment of KRAS-mediated diseases such as tumors.
