Abstract
The present application provides antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof against LILRB1 and / or LILRB2 and compositions comprising such antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof. In a specific aspect, the antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to LILRB1 and / or LILRB2 activate tumor-infiltrating immune cells and enhance their anti-tumor effect. The present disclosure also provides methods for treating LILRB1 and / or LILRB2 expressing cancer by administering the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically bind to LILRB1 and / or LILRB2.
