Abstract

This disclosure discloses an anti-MUC1 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment and its applications. The anti-MUC1 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment comprises a heavy chain variable region (VH) and a light chain variable region (VL). The heavy chain variable region (VH) comprises HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3, and the light chain variable region (VL) comprises LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3. The antibody disclosed herein exhibits good affinity for the tumor-specific MUC1 antigen and significant internalization ability in cells expressing MUC1.
