HER3-binding proteins and their uses

Abstract

This application provides HER-binding proteins and their uses. Specifically, it provides antibodies against HER3 or antigen-binding fragments thereof, nucleic acid molecules encoding them, and methods for their preparation. The HER3 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof exhibit stronger binding to human HER3 protein and / or tumor cells expressing human HER3 protein compared to the positive control antibody BMK1. Further, it provides the use of the antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof in the treatment and diagnosis of diseases.
