Abstract

receptor (IL15R) agonist. The γδ T cell co-stimulatory agonist cytokine preferably is at least one of a 4-1BB agonist, a CD27 agonist and a GITR agonist. The multispecific antigen binding proteins of the invention specifically redirect and activate γδ T cell to lyse targeted tumor cells. The invention further relates to the use of such multispecific antigen binding proteins in the treatment of cancer, preferably a cancer expressing the TAA.
