Abstract

A resin composition comprising a cyclic olefin resin (X) and two or more hydrophilic agents (Y), wherein the hydrophilic agent (Y) comprises a pentaerythritol fatty acid ester (Y-1) of pentaerythritol and a fatty acid having 12 to 24 carbon atoms, and the cyclic olefin resin (X) comprises a cyclic olefin copolymer having: a constitutive unit (A) derived from an α-olefin having 2 to 20 carbon atoms; a constitutive unit (B) derived from a cyclic olefin without an aromatic ring; and a constitutive unit (C) derived from a cyclic olefin having an aromatic ring.
