Abstract

This invention provides a diaphragm valve with excellent high-temperature properties such as load resistance and creep characteristics, and is made of a non-fluorine-based material. The diaphragm valve comprises: a valve body having a liquid flow path and a valve seat; and a diaphragm having a liquid contact surface, which blocks or allows liquid to flow in the liquid flow path by pressing or releasing the valve seat of the valve body; and the liquid contact surface of the diaphragm is formed of a non-fluorine-based super engineering plastic.
