Abstract

This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin composite (50) by vacuum forming an integrally reinforced resin fiber sheet. The integrally reinforced resin fiber sheet is a semi-preg sheet formed by welding a thermoplastic powder resin applied to the surface of the fiber sheet. The fiber sheet contains unidirectional continuous fibers that are opened and arranged in parallel in a unidirectional direction. As a bagging film (74), a thermoplastic resin material containing a thermoplastic resin that can be thermally bonded to the semi-preg sheet is used. The bagging film (74) preferably contains two resin layers of different materials. Among the two resin layers (74a, 74b), the resin layer 74b, which is one of the surface layers (main surface) of the fiber-reinforced resin composite, is a functional layer having any one of the functions selected from decorative, blade-resistant, and scratch-resistant properties. none
