Alkoxylated nitrogen compounds as guanidine substitutes in rubber

Abstract

The present invention relates to a rubber composition comprising at least one alkoxylated nitrogen compound, notably as a substitute for a guanidine compound. The present invention also relates to a process for vulcanizing such a rubber composition, and to the articles comprising this vulcanized composition, including tyres. Lastly, the present invention relates to the use of an alkoxylated nitrogen compound as a substitute for a guanidine compound.
