Abstract

A resin composition comprising a cyclic olefin resin (X) and two or more hydrophilic agents (Y), wherein the hydrophilic agent (Y) comprises a pentaerythritol fatty acid ester (Y-1) of pentaerythritol and a fatty acid having carbon numbers of 12 to 24, and comprises 1.0 to 2.5 parts by mass of the pentaerythritol fatty acid ester (Y-1) relative to 100 parts by mass of the cyclic olefin resin (X), wherein the cyclic olefin resin (X) comprises a cyclic olefin copolymer having: one or more repeating units (a) derived from olefins represented by formula (I); and one or more repeating units (b) derived from cyclic olefin monomers selected from the group consisting of repeating units (AA) represented by formula (II), repeating units (AB) represented by formula (III), and repeating units (AC) represented by formula (IV).
