Methods for forming a complex of target substance and peptide

Abstract

This invention relates to a method for forming a conjugate of a desired target substance and a peptide. The method comprises the step of contacting a genetic information material-linker-peptide linker with a target substance linker containing at least two of the aforementioned target substances. The genetic information material-linker-peptide linker comprises the following: (a) a linker, (b) genetic information material, and (c) a peptide. (a) Linker: A linker containing a binding portion having a structure capable of binding to the desired genetic information material; and at least two puromycin-like substances, wherein the puromycin-like substances are covalently bonded to the C-terminus of the desired peptide; (b) Genetic information material: The aforementioned genetic information material bound to the binding portion of the linker in (a); (c) Peptide: A peptide encoded by the aforementioned genetic information material and bound to at least two puromycin-like substances in the linker in (a).
