Abstract

The metal shield disclosed herein has an effective area and a surrounding area, and the effective area has a plurality of through holes, a plurality of ribs and a plurality of islands. The ribs are boundaries formed by the confluence of the walls of adjacent through holes. The islands are island-shaped portions located at both ends of the ribs and having surfaces of approximately the same thickness. In top view, the islands have a convex shape on the through hole side.
