Abstract

This invention provides a technique for discharging cleaning water into a toilet bowl without directly utilizing the water pressure supplied to the toilet device. The toilet device may include: a toilet body with a toilet bowl; a first discharge port located below the stagnant water surface of the toilet bowl; a second discharge port located above the stagnant water surface; and a supply mechanism for supplying cleaning water from a water supply pipe to the first and second discharge ports; the supply mechanism supplies the cleaning water to the first discharge port using the water pressure of the cleaning water flowing in the water supply pipe, i.e., the first water pressure, and supplies the cleaning water to the second discharge port using the water pressure generated outside the water supply pipe, i.e., the second water pressure.
