Abstract

The inner steel pipe (4a) of the lower level and the inner steel pipe (4b) of the upper level are erected coaxially. The steel structure beam (3) is joined to the joining steel pipe of the lower level. The first outer steel pipe (10) and the second outer steel pipe (11) of the integral structure of the upper level are overlapped and inserted, and temporarily placed on the outer periphery of the inner steel pipe of the upper level. Next, the steel structure beam is joined to the joining steel pipe (9b) of the upper level. The first outer steel pipe is raised to the lower part of the steel structure beam of the upper level and placed on the outer periphery of the upper part of the inner steel pipe of the upper level. The second outer steel pipe is lowered from the first outer steel pipe in a sleeve shape to the upper part of the steel structure beam of the lower level and placed on the outer periphery of the lower part of the inner steel pipe. Next, the outer sleeve member (17) is used to surround the outer periphery of the joining steel pipe, and concrete (6) is filled into the interconnected annular space and the outer periphery space.
