Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This disclosure relates to formwork technology in building construction, and in particular to a leak-proof structure for preventing leakage between the formwork and the ground surface, and a method for erecting metal formwork using the leak-proof structure. [Previous Technology]

[0002] Conventional technology uses wooden formwork as the component for erecting wall formwork. However, due to the advancement of building materials, metal formwork (such as aluminum formwork) is gradually being widely used in the erection of wall formwork. Its advantage is that the surface of metal formwork is smooth. When the formwork is removed after the wall pouring is completed, the surface of the solidified concrete is smooth and does not need to be plastered.

[0003] However, when setting up metal formwork for pouring concrete on the floor surface, since the floor surface of each construction site is not completely flat, there are gaps of varying heights between the bottom of the metal formwork and the floor surface, making it impossible to completely prevent concrete leakage. Traditionally, construction workers would place wooden strips under each metal formwork or attach an additional L-shaped metal plate (usually preferably a deformable aluminum plate) under each metal formwork to fill the height difference, serving as a leak-proof plate in contact with the floor surface to solve this problem. Even so, this method still cannot completely overcome the gaps between uneven areas of the floor and the wooden strips or additional L-shaped metal plates placed under the metal formwork. Even if an additional board, such as a wooden board, can be placed or laid to seal the gap between the metal formwork and the uneven areas of the floor, it is still difficult to avoid the problem of grout leakage from the tiny gaps in the uneven areas of the floor surface to the rest of the floor surface when pouring concrete. As a result, after the concrete dries, additional manpower is needed to deal with the problem of unevenness of the rest of the floor surface caused by the leakage.

[0004] Therefore, in order to solve the problem that the bottom structure of the metal formwork cannot be sealed with the ground surface after the metal formwork is erected on the ground surface, and thus prevent concrete leakage during the pouring operation, the industry urgently needs a new leak-proof structure for metal formwork, so that the metal formwork can be in complete contact with the ground surface after the erection operation is completed, thus avoiding the problem of grout leakage caused by gaps due to uneven ground surface during the wall pouring operation. [Summary of the Invention]

[0005] One of the purposes of this disclosure is to provide a leak-proof structure, which is a structure that is combined with the lower surface of a box-shaped metal template. After the metal template is erected, the leak-proof structure can fit into a floor surface to avoid the generation of gaps, thereby avoiding the problem of concrete leakage during the pouring operation.

[0006] In accordance with the above objectives, this disclosure provides a leak-proof structure for filling a gap between a lower surface of a metal template and a floor surface. The leak-proof structure includes: a first portion having a first surface for engaging with the lower surface of the metal template, and a second surface opposite the first surface; a second portion extending vertically downward from the second surface of the first portion by a predetermined distance; and a leak-proof member including a connecting end configured to connect with the second portion, and an abutting end abutting against the floor surface, wherein the leak-proof member is a deformable structure.

[0007] In accordance with the above objectives, this disclosure further proposes a metal template, comprising an upper plate, a lower plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a middle plate, and a leak-proof structure, wherein the four edges of the middle plate are respectively perpendicularly joined to the upper plate, the lower plate, the left side plate, and the right side plate to substantially form a box-shaped body, and wherein a first part of one of the leak-proof structures is joined to a lower surface of one of the lower plates of the metal template.

[0008] In accordance with the above objectives, this disclosure further proposes a method for erecting templates on a floor surface. The method includes the following steps: providing a plurality of metal templates; sequentially joining one right side plate of one of two adjacent metal templates to one left side plate of the other using a plurality of fasteners, such that the back surface of one of the middle plates of each of the plurality of metal templates forms a continuous plane for pouring; using a plurality of back support adjusters respectively connected to the corresponding plurality of metal templates to correct and adjust the height of the lower plate of each of the corresponding metal templates from the floor surface and the verticality of the metal templates, so that the lower surfaces of the lower plates of each of the plurality of metal templates are flush with each other, the back surface of the middle plates of each of the plurality of metal templates forms a flush surface for pouring, and the anti-leakage components remain in contact with the floor surface.

[0009] By means of the above-mentioned anti-leakage structure, the metal template including the anti-leakage structure, and the method of erecting the metal template on a ground surface, after the multiple metal templates have completed the demolding and erection work on the ground surface, the lower surfaces of the lower plates of the multiple metal templates are flush with each other, and the surfaces of the back side of the middle plate of the multiple metal templates to be poured are flush with each other to form a continuous surface. The anti-leakage component of the anti-leakage structure is in contact with the ground surface, thereby achieving the technical effect of preventing concrete leakage during the pouring operation.

Implementation Method

[0011] As used herein, terms such as “first,” “second,” and “third” describe various elements, components, regions, layers, and / or sections, and these elements, components, regions, layers, and / or sections should not be limited by these terms. These terms may be used only to distinguish elements, components, regions, layers, or sections from one another. Unless clearly indicated herein, the terms such as “first,” “second,” and “third” as used herein do not imply a sequence or order.

[0012] Please refer to Figure 1A. The structure of the metal formwork 1 includes a generally box-shaped body formed by the joining of an upper plate 11, a lower plate 12, a left side plate 13, a right side plate 14, and a middle plate 15, and a leak-proof structure 2 below. As shown in Figure 1A, the four edges of the middle plate 15 are perpendicularly joined to the upper plate 11, the lower plate 12, the left side plate 13, and the right side plate 14 to generally form the box-shaped body. The back of the box-shaped body of the metal formwork 1 is a flat surface 151 to be poured, which serves as the mold surface for forming the wall during the pouring operation after the metal formwork 1 has been erected on the ground surface. The surface 151 to be poured can be brushed with a release agent before the demolding operation so that the metal formwork 1 can be easily peeled off from the cured concrete after the pouring operation, and the metal formwork 1 can be recycled. It should be noted that the metal formwork 1 is usually made of lightweight aluminum.

[0013] As shown in Figure 1A, the lower plate 12 of the box-shaped body of the metal template 1 has a plurality of first through holes 16, and the left side plate 13 and the right side plate 14 also have a plurality of through holes 17. The through holes 17 can be used to correspond to other box-shaped bodies of the metal template 1 with corresponding positions, so that fasteners can pass through the corresponding through holes 17 and first through holes 16 to fix two adjacent metal templates 1. In addition, the plurality of first through holes 16 of the lower plate 12 correspond to the plurality of second through holes 213 of the leak-proof structure 2 of the metal template 1, so that the leak-proof structure 2 can be passed through the corresponding second through holes 213 and first through holes 16 to fix the leak-proof structure 2 to the bottom of the metal template 1.

[0014] Please refer to Figures 1A and 1B simultaneously. The leak-proof structure 2 consists of a first part 21, a second part 22, and a leak-proof component 23. The first part 21 has a first surface 211 for engaging with a first lower surface 121 of the metal template 1, and a second surface 212 opposite to the first surface 211. The first part 21 has a plurality of second through holes 213, the positions of which correspond to a plurality of first through holes 16 of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1. The second part 22 extends vertically downward from the second surface 212 of the second part 21 by a predetermined distance d. The leak-proof component 23 includes a connecting end 231 located in its upper portion and an abutting end 232 located in its lower portion. The connecting end 231 of the leak-proof component 23 is configured to connect with the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2, and the abutting end 232 of the leak-proof component 23 is used to abut against the floor surface. It should be noted that the material of the leak-proof component 23 is elastic or flexible, making it a deformable structure. In particular, the abutting end 232 of the leak-proof component 23 is a deformable structure.

[0015] As shown in Figures 1A and 1B, the first part 21 and the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2 are L-shaped. A fitting groove 222 is formed on the lower surface 221 of the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2 along its length. This fitting groove allows the connecting end 231 of the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 to be inserted into and fitted into the fitting groove 222 along the length of the leak-proof structure 2, thereby fixing the leak-proof component 23 in the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2.

[0016] It should be noted that the first part 21 and the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2 can be integrally formed aluminum extrusion components. The leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 can be, for example, a flexible component made of rubber, and has an elongated connecting end 231 whose shape matches the shape of the elongated fitting groove 222 of the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2, so that the connecting end 231 of the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 can be inserted into and fitted into the fitting groove 222 along the length direction of the leak-proof structure 2, so as to fix the leak-proof component 23 in the second part 22 of the leak-proof structure 2.

[0017] Furthermore, the abutment end 232 at the bottom of the leak-proof component 23 is generally formed as an elongated tubular structure with a hollow portion. Since the leak-proof component 23 is made of an elastic or flexible material, the abutment end 232, which is an elongated tubular structure, can be compressed and deformed in the vertical direction. This characteristic allows the abutment end 232 of the leak-proof component 23 to deform to different degrees at different length positions when it is subjected to weight or pressure against an uneven floor surface, so that the leak-proof component 23 can be pressed against the floor surface and a gap is avoided between the abutment end 232 and the floor surface.

[0018] As shown in Figures 2A and 2B, another embodiment of the leak-proof structure disclosed herein is illustrated. The leak-proof structure 2' comprises a first portion 21', a second portion 22', and a leak-proof element 23'. The first portion 21' has a first surface 211' for engaging with a first lower surface 121 of the metal template 1, and a second surface 212' opposite to the first surface 211'. The first portion 21' has a plurality of second through holes 213', the positions of which respectively correspond to a plurality of first through holes 16 of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1. The second portion 22' extends vertically downward from the second surface 212' of the portion 21' by a predetermined distance d'.

[0019] A hollow space 222' is formed in the second part 22' of the leak-proof structure 2' along the length of the leak-proof structure 2'. A slot 223' is formed vertically upward on the lower surface 221' of the second part 22' along the length of the structure of the leak-proof structure 2'. The slot 223' connects to the hollow space 222', so that the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' can move vertically up and down in the hollow space 222' of the second part 22'.

[0020] In detail, the first part 21' and the second part 22' of the leak-proof structure 2' can be integrally formed aluminum extrusion components. Furthermore, the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' can be, for example, a flexible component made of rubber. As shown in Figures 2A and 2B, the leak-proof component 23' is composed of a connecting end 231' located above it, an abutting end 232' located below it, and a long, narrow body 233' located between the connecting end 231' and the abutting end 232'. The long, narrow body 233' is located in the slot 223' of the second part 22', and its width matches the width of the slot 223' of the second part 22'. In addition, the width of the connecting end 231' and the width of the abutting end 232' of the leak-proof component 23' are both greater than the width of the slot 223' of the second part 22'. It should be noted that the material of the leak-proof component 23' is elastic or flexible, making it a deformable structure, especially the abutting end 232' of the leak-proof component 23' should be a deformable structure.

[0021] As described above, referring to Figures 2A and 2B, the first part 21' and the second part 22' of the leak-proof structure 2' are also L-shaped. The second part 22' of the leak-proof structure 2' forms a hollow space 222' with a slot 223' along the length of the leak-proof structure 2', so that the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' can be inserted and fitted into the slot 223' along the length of the leak-proof structure 2', so that the connecting end 231' above the leak-proof component 23' and part of the narrow body 233' are located in the hollow space 222' and the slot 223' of the second part 22'.

[0022] Because the width of the body 233' of the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' matches the width of the slot 223' of the second part 22', and the width of its connecting end 231' and abutting end 232' are both greater than the width of the slot 223' of the second part 22', the leak-proof component 23' can move up and down in the hollow space 222' of the second part 22' in the vertical direction. Because the width of the connecting end 231' of the leak-proof component 23' is greater than the width of the slot 223' of the second part 22', when a portion of the top of the connecting end 231' of the leak-proof component 23' abuts against the lower surface of the hollow space 222' of the second part 22', the leak-proof component 23' cannot continue to move downward because the connecting end 231' is restricted by the lower surface. Furthermore, when a portion of the top of the connecting end 231' of the leak-proof component 23' abuts against the upper surface of the hollow space 222' of the second part 22' (this upper surface can be, for example, flush with one of the second surfaces 212' of the first part 21'), the leak-proof component 23' cannot continue to move upward because the connecting end 231' is restricted by this upper surface. Therefore, as shown in Figure 2B, the leak-proof component 23' has a vertically movable stroke of distance d1' in the hollow space 222' of the second part 22', that is, the vertically movable stroke of the lower abutting end 232' of the leak-proof component 23' is also distance d1'.

[0023] As shown in Figures 2A and 2B, the leak-proof component 23' is made of an elastic or flexible material, and is an elongated leak-proof component 23' that is approximately U-shaped and extends along a length direction. The elongated leak-proof component 23' can move up and down and compress and deform in the hollow space 222' in the vertical direction. This characteristic allows the elongated leak-proof component 23' to move vertically relative to the second part 22' of the leak-proof structure 2' to different degrees at different length positions when it is subjected to weight or pressure against an uneven floor surface. Furthermore, the abutting end 232' of the elongated leak-proof component 23' can also have different amounts of deformation at different length positions along the length direction of the elongated leak-proof component 23', so that the elongated leak-proof component 23' can be pressed against the floor surface and a gap is avoided between the abutting end 232' and the floor surface.

[0024] As shown in Figure 3A, the box-shaped portion of the metal template 1 is combined with the leak-proof structure 2 and initially erected on the floor surface 6. The lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 has one or more first through holes 16, and the first portion 21 of the leak-proof structure 2 has one or more second through holes 213 corresponding to one or more of the first through holes 16 of the lower plate 12 (in this embodiment, two through holes are illustratively presented each). The box-shaped portion of the metal template 1 is fixed to the first lower surface 121 of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 by one or more fasteners 4 passing through one or more of the first through holes 16 and corresponding to one or more of the second through holes 213.

[0025] As shown in Figure 4, each of the fasteners 4 in Figure 3B includes a conical pin 41 with a through groove 411 and a wedge-shaped locking plate 42. As shown in Figures 3B and 4, the conical pin 41 passes through a second through hole 213 of the first part 21 of the leak-proof structure 2 and a first through hole 16 of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 from the second surface 212 below the first part 21 of the leak-proof structure 2. At this time, the through groove 411 of the conical pin is located on one side above the lower plate 12, and the locking plate 42 is inserted into the through groove 411 of the conical pin 41 from the side above the lower plate 12. Because the locking plate 42 is wedge-shaped, after the locking plate 42 is inserted into the through groove 411 of the conical pin 41 until it is tightened and cannot be pushed further, the leak-proof structure 2 can be firmly fixed to the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1.

[0026] As shown in Figure 5A, the metal template 1 can be combined with a back support adjuster 5 to correct and adjust the height of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 from the ground and the verticality of the metal template 1. The back support adjuster 5 has a base member 51 for fixing to the floor surface 6, a vertical member 52 for combining with the metal template 1 and adjusting the elevation of the metal template from the floor surface 6 along its length, an inclination adjustment member 53 for adjusting the inclination of the metal template 1 relative to the floor surface 6, and a tongue 54 extending horizontally from the vertical member 52 for combining and fixing with the metal template 1.

[0027] The base member 51 has through holes 511 and 512 for pivotal connection with the vertical member 52 and the tilt adjustment member 53, respectively. The two ends of the tilt adjustment member 53 are pivotally connected with the through hole 525 of the fixing member 524 fixed above the vertical member 52 and the through hole 512 of the base member, respectively. Furthermore, the tongue 54 of the back support adjuster has a through hole 541, which can be aligned by the construction personnel with one of the lower through holes 16 or 17 of the side plate of the metal template 1. A tapered pin 41 of the fixing member 4 is inserted from the inside of the side plate of the metal template toward the first through hole 16 or 17 and simultaneously passes through the through hole 541 of the tongue 54. Then, the locking plate 42 of the fixing member 4 is inserted into the through groove 411 of the tapered pin 41 until it is tightened, thereby fixing and attaching the metal template 1 to the vertical member 52 of the adjustment member 5.

[0028] The vertical member 52 includes an adjuster 521, a screw 522, and a movable member 523 mounted on the screw 522. It should be noted that one end of the tongue 54 is fixed to the movable member 523 inside the vertical member 52. When the operator rotates the adjuster 521, it will cause the screw 522 to rotate, and depending on the direction of rotation, the movable member 523 mounted on the screw 522 will move vertically or downwards. In other words, the tongue 54 will also move along with the movable member 523 as it moves vertically.

[0029] Additionally, the tilt adjustment member 53 of the back support adjuster 5 includes a rotary adjuster 531, a first screw 532, and a second rod 533. One end of the first screw 532 is pivotally connected to the through hole 525 of the fixing member 524 above the vertical member 52, and has an external thread formed thereon. The first screw 532 can be inserted into the hollow portion of the rotary adjuster 531 and engages with the internal thread of the rotary adjuster 531. The second rod 533 is also inserted into the hollow portion of the rotary adjuster 531, allowing the rotary adjuster 531 to rotate thereon.

[0030] As described above, the length of the portion of the first screw 532 exposed in the rotary adjuster 531 can be changed by means of the rotary adjuster 531, thereby pushing or pulling the vertical member 52 by means of the pivot structure at the through hole 525. In this way, when the first screw 532 pushes or pulls the vertical member 52, the pivot structure at the through hole 511 between the vertical member 52 and the base member 51 will rotate and swing as the rotation center, thereby adjusting the vertical member 52 and the metal template 1 fixed on the vertical member 52 to the required verticality relative to the floor surface 6.

[0031] As shown in Figure 5B, the back support adjuster 5 has adjusted the metal template 1 to be perpendicular to the floor surface 6, and the vertical height of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 fixed on the tongue 54 can be lowered to the required ground clearance (or grouting elevation) by adjusting the adjuster 521 of the vertical member 52. During the height reduction process, it can be seen that the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 can be compressed and deformed as the back support adjuster 5 adjusts the ground clearance of the metal template 1, thereby keeping the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 in close contact with the floor surface 6 (including uneven parts of the floor surface) to achieve a tight seal, thereby preventing the generation of gaps.

[0032] Please refer to Figures 6A and 6B. The back support adjuster 5 shown therein has the same structure as that in Figures 5A and 5B, and the box-shaped structure of the metal template 1 is the same as that shown in Figures 5A and 5B. The only difference between the two is the type of leak-proof structure used in the metal template 1. The structure of the leak-proof structure 2' used in Figures 6A and 6B is the same as that shown in Figures 2A and 2B.

[0033] In the embodiments shown in Figures 5B and 7A, the metal template 1 is combined with the back support adjuster 5, and the construction personnel adjust the back support adjuster 5 to correct and adjust the verticality and height of the metal template 1 relative to the ground surface 6. In other words, the construction personnel adjust the vertical member 52 and the metal template 1 fixed on the vertical member 52 to the required verticality relative to the ground surface 6 by adjusting the back support adjuster 5.

[0034] In Figures 5B and 7A, the back support adjuster 5 has adjusted the metal template 1 to be perpendicular to the floor surface 6. At this time, the abutting end 232 of the elongated leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 contacts the floor surface 6, and its upper connecting end 231 is fitted into the fitting groove 222 of the second part 22. Subsequently, the construction personnel adjust the adjuster 521 of the vertical component 52 of the back support adjuster 5 to lower the vertical height of the metal template 1 and its lower plate 12 fixed on the tongue 54 to the required ground clearance (or grouting elevation). During the descent of the metal template 1, the abutting end 232 of the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 is gradually deformed by the abutting force of the floor surface 6 as the back support adjuster 5 adjusts the ground clearance of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 downward. When the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 reaches the required height above the ground, the abutting end 232 of the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 stops deforming and fully adheres to the floor surface 6, thus completing the positioning of the metal template 1 on the floor surface 6. At this time, the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 remains in close contact with the floor surface 6 (including uneven areas of the floor surface) to achieve a tight seal, thereby preventing gaps from forming.

[0035] Similarly, in another embodiment shown in Figures 6B and 7B, the metal formwork 1 is combined with the back support adjuster 5, and the back support adjuster 5 is adjusted by the construction personnel to correct and adjust the verticality and height of the metal formwork 1 relative to the floor surface 6. In other words, the construction personnel adjust the vertical member 52 and the metal formwork 1 fixed on the vertical member 52 to the required verticality relative to the floor surface 6 by adjusting the back support adjuster 5.

[0036] In Figures 6B and 7B, the back support adjuster 5 has adjusted the metal template 1 to be perpendicular to the floor surface 6. At this time, the abutting end 232' of the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' contacts the floor surface 6, and its upper connecting end 231' is located in the aforementioned first position in the hollow space 222' of the second part 22'. Subsequently, the construction personnel adjust the adjuster 521 of the vertical component 52 of the back support adjuster 5 to lower the vertical height of the metal template 1 and its lower plate 12 fixed on the tongue 54 to the required ground clearance (or grouting elevation). During the descent of the metal template 1, the elongated body 233' of the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' and the upper connecting end 231' can be pushed against the floor surface 6 and move vertically upward in the hollow space 222' of the leak-proof structure 2' as the back support adjuster 5 adjusts the ground clearance of the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 downward. When the lower plate 12 of the metal template 1 reaches the required ground clearance, the lower abutting end 232' of the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' remains in contact with the floor surface 6, while its upper connecting end 231' reaches the aforementioned second position located in the hollow space 222' of the second part 22', thus completing the positioning of the metal template 1 on the floor surface 6. At this time, the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' adheres to the floor surface 6 (including uneven areas of the floor surface) to achieve a tight seal, thereby preventing gaps from forming.

[0037] Based on the above description of the demolding operation of the metal template 1 on the floor surface 6, the following describes a method for erecting a metal template 1 on a floor surface 6, comprising the following steps: (a) providing a plurality of metal templates 1 having a leak-proof structure; (b) sequentially connecting one right side plate 14 of one of two adjacent metal templates to one left side plate 13 of the other using a plurality of fasteners 4, so that the pouring surface 151 formed on the back of the middle plate 15 of each of the plurality of metal templates forms a continuous plane; (c) A plurality of back support adjusters 5 are respectively combined with the corresponding plurality of metal templates 1 to correct and adjust the height of the lower plate 12 of each of the corresponding metal templates 1 from the ground surface 6 and the verticality of the metal template 1 relative to the ground surface 6, so that the first lower surface 121 of the lower plate 12 of each of the plurality of metal templates 1 is flush with each other, and the surface to be poured 151 formed by the middle plate 15 of each of the plurality of metal templates 1 is flush with each other to form a continuous surface, and the leak-proof component 23 (or 23' of the leak-proof structure 2) of each of the plurality of metal templates 1 remains in contact with the ground surface 6.

[0038] According to the above method, an exemplary structural diagram of a plurality of metal templates 1 using the leak-proof component 23 of the leak-proof structure 2 after the formwork is erected on a floor surface 6 as shown in Figure 7A can be completed, as well as an exemplary structural diagram of the metal template 1 using the leak-proof component 23' of the leak-proof structure 2' after the formwork is erected on a floor surface 6 as shown in Figure 7B.

[0039] Based on the above, it can be understood that this disclosure proposes a structure of a metal template 1 including different leak-proof structures 2 and 2', so that when the metal template 1 is erected on a floor surface 6, the leak-proof components 23 or 23' of the leak-proof structure 2 or the leak-proof structure 2' can effectively fit with the floor surface 6, thereby preventing the generation of gaps.

[0040] Similarly, this disclosure proposes a method for erecting a plurality of metal templates 1 on a floor surface 6, such that when the plurality of metal templates 1 are erected on the floor surface 6, the surfaces 151 to be poured on the back side of the intermediate plates 15 of each plurality of metal templates 1 are flush to form a continuous surface, and the first lower surfaces 121 of the lower plates 12 of each plurality of metal templates 1 are also flush with each other. Furthermore, the leak-proof components 23 (or 23' of the leak-proof structure 2) of each plurality of metal templates 1 remain in contact with the floor surface 6 after adjustment. The leak-proof components 23 or 23' of the leak-proof structure 2 or leak-proof structure 2' are therefore more effectively pressed against the floor surface 6.

[0041] After the entire metal formwork connection and erection work is completed, any gaps between the structure of each metal formwork 1 and the floor surface 6 can be prevented. Thus, during the pouring operation, since the leak-proof structure 2 or the leak-proof structure 2' each has its leak-proof component 23 or 23' effectively attached to the floor surface 6, the phenomenon of grout leakage can be effectively prevented during the pouring process, thereby reducing unnecessary grout leakage cleaning work and making the wall construction work more efficient.
