Description
Waterproof bathroom structure and its assembly method This invention relates to a waterproof structure for bathrooms and toilets, and more particularly to a waterproof bathroom structure that can be constructed in a bathroom and toilet and its assembly method. After a period of use, buildings are subject to various factors such as thermal expansion and contraction, and earthquake shaking, which can cause the waterproofing structure to age and become damaged, losing its waterproofing function. This is especially true in water-using areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. When water is used, it can seep into the building structure, causing dampness inside the building and even leading to leaks. The current repair procedure for building waterproofing structures first involves completely removing the old waterproofing layer from the floor slabs or walls, clearing away the removed construction waste, then performing high-pressure cleaning on the roof slabs, followed by the application of a new waterproofing layer (including mortar waterproofing layers and PU waterproofing layers), and finally, surface restoration. However, this traditional construction process generates a lot of material waste, is lengthy, and expensive, making it widely criticized. More importantly, the waterproofing structures constructed using this method have a short lifespan; the materials may become brittle, crack, or be damaged, leading to renewed leaks and requiring further repairs, which is costly and inefficient. In view of this, how to eliminate the above-mentioned deficiencies is the technical difficulty that the inventor of this case wants to solve. Therefore, based on years of experience in related industries, the inventor of this case has devoted himself to research and improvement for many years and finally successfully developed this case, thus giving birth to this invention to improve its effectiveness. In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages, the assembly method of the present invention includes the following steps: installing a disc body: liquid-tightly fixing a disc body to the floor of a bathroom, the disc body having a first drain hole, the bathroom floor having a second drain hole, the bathroom wall or the floor having at least one damaged hole, the first drain hole and the second drain hole being correspondingly connected, the edge of the disc body being surrounded by a water-blocking portion, the water-blocking portion including a plurality of second bend portions; installing waterproof strips: at least two of the second bend portions are respectively provided with a waterproof strip, the inner side of the waterproof strip having a predetermined included angle, the outer side of each waterproof strip being combined with each of the second bend portions; and installing a waterproof plate: combining the two sides of a first waterproof plate with the inner sides of each waterproof strip, and the height of the first waterproof plate being less than or equal to the height of the bathroom wall, so as to cover the damaged hole with the disc body or the first waterproof plate. The first embodiment of the bathroom waterproof structure of the present invention overcomes the shortcomings of conventional methods. The present invention includes: a tray having a first drain hole, and a water-blocking portion protruding around the edge of the tray. The tray is provided to be installed on or embedded in the floor of a bathroom. The bathroom floor has a second drain hole, and the first drain hole and the second drain hole are interconnected. The bathroom includes at least one broken hole. It also includes at least one first waterproof plate disposed on one side of the tray, with one side of the bottom of the first waterproof plate connected to the inner side of the water-blocking portion, so that the tray or the first waterproof plate covers the broken hole. Thus, when water is used in the bathroom, water flows into the tray along the first waterproof plate and then exits through the first drain hole and the second drain hole. Preferably, the bathroom includes a plurality of walls that are connected to each other in a circular manner, such that a first bend is formed between each wall, at least one side of the panel is joined to at least one of the walls, and the height of the first waterproof panel is less than or equal to the height of each of the walls. Preferably, the water-blocking portion of the plate includes a plurality of second bends, and at least one of the second bends is correspondingly engaged with at least one of the first bends. The plate is engaged with the wall via the water-blocking portion. A waterproof strip is provided on the inner side of each of the at least two second bends, and the two sides of the first waterproof plate are engaged with each of the waterproof strips. Preferably, the waterproof strip includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, one side of the first connecting portion is connected to one side of the second connecting portion, so that the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion form a predetermined angle, the outer side of each waterproof strip is connected to each of the second turning portions, and the two sides of the first waterproof plate are connected to the inner side of each waterproof strip. The second embodiment of the bathroom waterproof structure of the present invention includes: a tray having a first drain hole, and a water-blocking portion protruding around the edge of the tray; the tray is provided for placement on or embedded in the floor of a bathroom, the bathroom floor having a second drain hole, the first drain hole and the second drain hole communicating with each other, and the bathroom including at least one broken hole; a first waterproof plate disposed on one side of the tray, and one side of the bottom of the first waterproof plate being connected to the inner side of the water-blocking portion; a second waterproof plate disposed on one side of the tray, and one side of the bottom of the second waterproof plate being connected to the inner side of the water-blocking portion; and a connecting post having a slot on each of its two sides, one side of the first waterproof plate and one side of the second waterproof plate being respectively inserted into each of the slots, so that the broken hole is covered by the tray, the first waterproof plate or the second waterproof plate, thereby allowing water to flow into the tray along the first waterproof plate when water is used in the bathroom, and then be discharged through the first drain hole and the second drain hole. Preferably, the bathroom includes a plurality of walls that are connected to each other in a circular manner, such that a first turning point is formed between each wall, at least one side of the panel is connected to at least one of the walls, and the height of the first waterproof panel and the second waterproof panel is less than or equal to the height of each wall. Preferably, the water-blocking portion of the plate includes a plurality of second bends, and at least one of the second bends is correspondingly engaged with at least one of the first bends. The plate is engaged with the wall via the water-blocking portion. A waterproof strip is provided on the inner side of each of the at least two second bends, and the two sides of the first waterproof plate are engaged with each of the waterproof strips. The third embodiment of the bathroom waterproof structure of the present invention includes: a basin having a first drain hole, a water-blocking portion protruding around the edge of the basin, a cover plate having at least one through hole on the basin, the basin being provided to be embedded in the floor of a bathroom, the bathroom floor having a second drain hole, the first drain hole and the second drain hole communicating with each other, the bathroom including at least one broken hole; and at least one first waterproof plate disposed on the cover plate, the basin or the first waterproof plate covering the broken hole, thereby, when water is used in the bathroom, water flows into the basin along the first waterproof plate through the through hole of the cover plate, and then flows out through the first drain hole and the second drain hole. Preferably, the bathroom includes a plurality of walls that are interconnected, forming a first bend between each wall. At least one side of the basin is attached to at least one of the walls. The water-retaining portion of the basin includes a plurality of second bends, with at least one second bend corresponding to at least one first bend. The basin is attached to the wall via the water-retaining portion. A waterproof strip is provided on the inner side of at least two second bends. The two sides of the first waterproof plate are attached to each of the waterproof strips. Each waterproof strip includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. One side of the first connecting portion is connected to one side of the second connecting portion, forming a predetermined angle between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The outer side of each waterproof strip is attached to each of the second bends. The assembly method of the waterproof bathroom structure of this invention includes the following steps: Installing the tray: A tray 10 is liquid-tightly fixed to the floor of a bathroom A. The tray 10 has a first drain hole 11, the floor of the bathroom A has a second drain hole A1, the wall A3 of the bathroom A or the floor has at least one broken hole A2, the first drain hole 11 and the second drain hole A1 are correspondingly connected, and a water-blocking part 12 is protruding around the edge of the tray 10. The water-blocking part 12 includes a plurality of second turning parts 121. Waterproof strip installation: At least two of the second bend portions 121 are respectively provided with a waterproof strip 30, the inner side of the waterproof strip 30 has a predetermined included angle, and the outer side of each waterproof strip 30 is combined with each of the second bend portions 121. Install a waterproofing membrane: At least one first waterproofing membrane 20 is joined to the inner sides of each of the waterproofing strips 30, and the height of the first waterproofing membrane 20 is less than or equal to the height of the wall A3 of the bathroom A, so that the damaged hole A2 is covered by the plate 10 or the first waterproofing membrane 20. The tray 10 is provided to be installed on the floor of a bathroom A or embedded in the floor of a bathroom A. The floor of the bathroom A has a second drain hole A1. The first drain hole 11 and the second drain hole A1 are interconnected. The bathroom A includes at least one broken hole A2. At least one first waterproof plate 20 is disposed on one side of the tray body 10, and one side of the bottom of the first waterproof plate is connected to the inner side of the water-blocking part 12, so that the tray body 10 or the first waterproof plate 20 covers the damaged hole A2, thereby when the bathroom A is used, the water flows into the tray body 10 along the first waterproof plate 20, and then is discharged through the first drain hole 11 and the second drain hole A1. Please refer to Figure 3. The bathroom A includes a plurality of walls A3, which are connected to each other in a circular manner, so that a first turning part A31 is formed between each wall A3. At least one side of the disc body 10 is connected to at least one of the walls A3. Please refer to Figures 2 and 4. The water-blocking portion 12 of the disc body 10 includes a plurality of second bend portions 121, and at least one of the second bend portions 121 is correspondingly connected to at least one of the first bend portions A31. The disc body 10 is connected to the wall A3 by the water-blocking portion 12. A waterproof strip 30 is provided on the inner side of at least two of the second bend portions 121 respectively. The two sides of the first waterproof plate 20 are connected to each of the waterproof strips 30. Please refer to Figure 5. The waterproof strip 30 includes a first connecting portion 31 and a second connecting portion 32. One side of the first connecting portion 31 is connected to one side of the second connecting portion 32, so that the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 form a predetermined angle. In this embodiment, the predetermined angle is 90 degrees, but it is not limited to this. The angle of the predetermined angle is matched with the angle of each of the second turning portions 121. The outer side of each waterproof strip 30 is combined with each of the second turning portions 121, and the two sides of the first waterproof plate 20 are combined with the inner side of each waterproof strip 30. Please refer to Figure 4. The water-blocking part 12 of the plate 10 has a predetermined thickness. When a gap is generated between the first waterproof plate 20 and the wall A3, a filler material B is installed in the gap to make the first waterproof plate 20 vertical. In this embodiment, the filler material B is a plate, but it is not limited to this. Please refer to Figures 6 to 10 for the second embodiment of the bathroom waterproof structure of the present invention. Its main structure is the same as that of the first embodiment, so the similarities will not be repeated. In the second embodiment, a second waterproof plate 21 is further included, which is disposed on one side of the disc body 10, and one side of the bottom of the second waterproof plate 21 is combined with the inner side of the water-blocking part 12. A connecting post 40 has a slot 41 on each side. One side of the first waterproof plate 20 and one side of the second waterproof plate 21 are respectively inserted into the slots 41. The plate body 10, the first waterproof plate 20 or the second waterproof plate 21 cover the damaged hole A2. When water is used in the bathroom A, the water flows into the plate body 10 along the first waterproof plate 20 or the second waterproof plate 21, and then flows out through the first drain hole 11 and the second drain hole A1. Since the first waterproof plate 20 or the second waterproof plate 21 is located inside the water-blocking part 12, the water can be effectively prevented from splashing outside the plate body 10. The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the first waterproofing plate 20 and the second waterproofing plate 21 are used, which can be applied to a larger bathroom A, but is not limited thereto. Please refer to Figure 11, which shows the third embodiment of the bathroom waterproof structure of the present invention. Its main structure is the same as that of the first and second embodiments, so the similarities will not be repeated. In the third embodiment, the disc body 10 is further provided with a cover plate 13, the cover plate having at least one through hole 131, the disc body 10 being provided to be embedded in the floor of a bathroom A, and the height of the cover plate 13 being equal to the original height of the floor of bathroom A. The floor of bathroom A has a second drain hole A1, and the first drain hole is connected to the second drain hole. The bathroom includes at least one broken hole. At least one first waterproofing board 20 is provided, and a second waterproofing board 21 can also be installed as needed. The first waterproofing board 20 and the second waterproofing board 21 are attached to the cover plate 13, thereby making the bathroom A floor flat and more aesthetically pleasing. The damaged hole A2 is covered by the plate body 10, the first waterproof plate 20 or the second waterproof plate 21, so that when water is used in the bathroom A, the water flows into the plate body 10 through the through hole 131 of the cover plate 13 along the first waterproof plate 20 or the second waterproof plate 21, and then flows out through the first drain hole 11 and the second drain hole A1. The first to third embodiments of the present invention are designed for use in bathroom A with a damaged hole A2. Since it is not easy to find a leak in bathroom A, and the cracks and gaps may not be visible to the naked eye, and the repair work is time-consuming, complicated and expensive, the present invention uses the first waterproof board 20, the second waterproof board 21 and the tray 10 to cover the entire water area of bathroom A. It can also add a top plate as needed to further prevent water and moisture from seeping into the wall. At the same time, the present invention is quick to install and does not require demolishing the existing concrete structure, thus overcoming the disadvantages of conventional leak finding and repair methods. 1. A bathroom waterproof structure includes: a basin having a first drain hole, with a water-blocking portion protruding around the edge of the basin, the basin being provided for placement on or embedded in the floor of a bathroom, the bathroom floor having a second drain hole, the first drain hole and the second drain hole communicating with each other, the bathroom including at least one broken hole; and at least one first waterproof plate disposed on one side of the basin, with one side of the bottom of the first waterproof plate joined to the inner side of the water-blocking portion, so that the basin or the first waterproof plate covers the broken hole, thereby allowing water to flow into the basin along the first waterproof plate when water is used in the bathroom, and then discharge through the first drain hole and the second drain hole. The bathroom waterproof structure as described in claim 1, wherein the bathroom includes a plurality of walls that are connected to each other in a circular manner, such that a first turning portion is formed between each wall, at least one side of the panel is combined with at least one of the walls, and the height of the first waterproof panel is less than or equal to the height of each wall. As described in claim 2, the waterproof structure of the bathroom includes a plurality of second bends in the water-blocking portion of the basin, and at least one of the second bends is correspondingly connected to at least one of the first bends. The basin is connected to the wall by the water-blocking portion, and a waterproof strip is provided on the inner side of at least two of the second bends. The two sides of the first waterproof board are connected to each of the waterproof strips. The bathroom waterproof structure as described in claim 3, wherein the waterproof strip includes a first connecting part and a second connecting part, one side of the first connecting part is connected to one side of the second connecting part, so that the first connecting part and the second connecting part form a predetermined angle, the outer side of each waterproof strip is combined with each of the second turning parts, and the two sides of the first waterproof plate are combined with the inner side of each waterproof strip. A bathroom waterproof structure includes: a basin having a first drain hole, with a water-blocking portion protruding around the edge of the basin; the basin is provided for placement on or embedded in the floor of a bathroom, the bathroom floor having a second drain hole, the first drain hole and the second drain hole communicating with each other; the bathroom including at least one broken hole; a first waterproof plate disposed on one side of the basin, with one bottom side of the first waterproof plate connected to the inner side of the water-blocking portion; a second waterproof plate disposed on one side of the basin, with one bottom side of the second waterproof plate connected to the inner side of the water-blocking portion; and a connecting post having a slot on each of its two sides, with one side of the first waterproof plate and one side of the second waterproof plate respectively inserted into each slot, so that the basin, the first waterproof plate or the second waterproof plate cover the broken hole, thereby allowing water to flow into the basin along the first waterproof plate or the second waterproof plate when water is used in the bathroom, and then discharge through the first drain hole and the second drain hole. As described in claim 5, the bathroom includes a plurality of walls that are interconnected, forming a first bend between each wall. At least one side of the basin is attached to at least one of the walls. The height of the first waterproofing plate and the second waterproofing plate is less than or equal to the height of each wall. The water-blocking portion of the basin includes a plurality of second bends, and at least one second bend is correspondingly attached to at least one first bend. The basin is attached to the wall via the water-blocking portion. A waterproof strip is provided on the inner side of at least two second bends. The two sides of the first waterproofing plate are attached to each of the waterproof strips. Each waterproof strip includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. One side of the first connecting portion is connected to one side of the second connecting portion, forming a predetermined angle between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The outer side of each waterproof strip is attached to each of the second bends. The two sides of the first waterproofing plate are attached to the inner side of each of the waterproof strips. A bathroom waterproof structure includes: a basin having a first drain hole, a water-blocking portion protruding around the edge of the basin, a cover plate having at least one through hole on the basin, the basin being embedded in the floor of a bathroom, the bathroom floor having a second drain hole, the first drain hole and the second drain hole communicating with each other, the bathroom including at least one broken hole; and at least one first waterproof plate disposed on the cover plate, the basin or the first waterproof plate covering the broken hole, thereby, when water is used in the bathroom, water flows into the basin along the first waterproof plate through the through hole of the cover plate, and then flows out through the first drain hole and the second drain hole. As described in claim 7, the bathroom includes a plurality of walls that are interconnected, forming a first bend between each wall. At least one side of the basin is connected to at least one of the walls, and the height of the first waterproofing plate is less than or equal to the height of each wall. The water-blocking portion of the basin includes a plurality of second bends, and at least one second bend is connected to at least one first bend. The basin is connected to the wall via the water-blocking portion. A waterproof strip is provided on the inner side of at least two second bends, and the two sides of the first waterproofing plate are connected to each waterproof strip. Each waterproof strip includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, with one side of the first connecting portion connected to one side of the second connecting portion, forming a predetermined angle between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The outer side of each waterproof strip is connected to each of the second bends, and the two sides of the first waterproofing plate are connected to the inner side of each waterproof strip. A method for assembling a waterproof bathroom structure, comprising the following steps: Installing a tray: A tray is liquid-tightly fixed to the floor of a bathroom. The tray has a first drain hole, the bathroom floor has a second drain hole, and the bathroom wall or the floor has at least one hole. The first drain hole and the second drain hole are connected to each other. A water-blocking portion is protruding around the edge of the tray, and the water-blocking portion includes a plurality of second bends. Installing a waterproof strip: A waterproof strip is provided on at least two of the second bends. The inner side of the waterproof strip has a predetermined angle, and the outer side of each waterproof strip is connected to each of the second bends.
