Abstract

A valve device comprises a flow path forming block in which a flow path is formed, an opening / closing element that opens and closes the flow path, and an actuator that operates the opening / closing element by supplying or discharging air, and the actuator comprises a lower casing provided close to the flow path forming block, an upper casing connected to the lower casing, having a lid portion, and provided at a distance from the flow path forming block, the upper casing having a screw hole that passes through the lid portion, and a position adjustment member having a stopper and having a male screw formed on its outer surface that screws into the screw hole.
