Heat exchange liquid cooling system and control method thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a heat exchange liquid cooling system and a control method thereof. The heat exchange liquid cooling system includes a liquid storage tank, a heat exchanger, a first liquid pipeline, a second liquid pipeline, a first circulation motor, a control valve, a first temperature sensor and a control device. The heat exchanger includes a first pipeline and a second pipeline. The first pipeline is connected to a first liquid inlet and a first liquid outlet. The second pipeline is connected to a second liquid inlet and a second liquid outlet. The second liquid outlet is connected to the liquid storage tank. The first temperature sensor is disposed in the second liquid outlet of the heat exchanger to sense the cooling liquid temperature and generates a first temperature sensing signal. The first temperature sensor transmits a first temperature sensing signal to the control device, and the control device controls the valve opening of the control valve according to the first temperature sensing signal.
