Cooling system for vision inspection and control method thereof

Abstract

A cooling system for vision inspection and a control method thereof are provided. The coolable visual inspection system comprises a visual inspection assembly, a cooling assembly, and a controller. The visual inspection assembly comprises a cooling box, at least one detection element, and a temperature sensor. The cooling assembly comprises an on-line cooling device, a backup cooling device, and a fluid pipeline. Based on the feedback of a fault signal and an abnormal temperature signal, the on-line cooling device or backup cooling device can be effectively switched to maintain the reliability and stability of system operation.
