Biosensor and manufacturing method thereof, biosensor chip, and biomedical detection method

Abstract

A biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof, a biosensor chip, and a biomedical detection method are provided. The manufacturing method of the biosensor includes the following steps: providing a wafer; forming a capacitive storage layer on the wafer surface; forming a two-dimensional magnetic layer containing a magnetic material on the capacitive storage layer; placing an electrode layer on the back of the wafer; and placing a sensing window on the two-dimensional magnetic layer to form the biosensor. The invention applies a magnetic field during detection to enhance detection sensitivity while offering rapid response, fast detection, a stable structure, miniaturization potential, and reduced manufacturing costs.
