Abstract

An open-circuit identification device according to an embodiment disclosed herein may be a device that identifies whether a fuse disposed on a charge / discharge line connected to a battery cell included in a battery pack is blown, the open-circuit identification device may be connected to the fuse through a reference node, a first node, and a second node, the open-circuit identification device may include a first filed-effect transistor (FET) connected to the fuse through the first node, a second FET connected to the fuse through the second node, and an integrated circuit (IC) chip configured to identify whether the fuse is blown based on an operating state of at least one of the first FET and the second FET.
