A color filter array includes a first filter region, a second filter region, and a third filter region. The first filter region includes multiple first color resist regions having a first color. The second filter region includes multiple second color resist regions having a second color. The third filter region includes multiple third color resist regions having a third color. The first filter region includes at least one fourth color resist region, and the fourth color resist regions has the second color or the third color. The second filter region includes at least one fifth color resist region. The third filter region includes at least one sixth color resist region, and the fifth color resist region and the sixth color resist region include the first color.
