System and method for suggesting steelmaking quality control

Abstract

A system for suggesting steelmaking quality control includes: a historical production database, a quality defect identification server, and a quality control suggestion server. A historical production data stored in the historical production database includes the relationship between multiple defect factors in a manufacturing process of a steel blank and whether the steel blank has a defect. The quality defect identification server is used for using the historical production data to train a quality defect identification model. The quality control suggestion server includes a quality defect explanation module and a quality control suggestion module. The quality defect explanation module is used for generating a factor importance of the multiple defect factors in the quality defect identification model when identifying the defect by an explanation model. The quality control suggestion module is used for generating a quality control suggestion corresponding to the multiple defect factors based on the factor importance.
