Method, apparatus and system for secure file management

Abstract

A method, an apparatus and a system for secure file management are provided. In the method, a secure index and an encrypted file of a shared file are received from a source device, in which the source device generates the secure index by scanning multiple pieces of specific information in each shared file, and generates the encrypted file by performing de-identification processing on different portions of each shared file according to different authorities. Multiple sandboxes are created for different authorities, and configured to store the encrypted files with different authorities for access.
