Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes: an acquisition unit that acquires first spectrum information of a substrate, second spectrum information of a resin layer, and process conditions; and a prediction unit that predicts, based on the aforementioned first spectrum information, second spectrum information, and process conditions, related information about the material properties of the resin layer after the process of laminating the aforementioned substrate and the aforementioned resin layer.
