Abstract
The purpose of this invention is to provide a technique that allows even those without specialized knowledge to easily convert checklists created using spreadsheet software into supplementary checklists. The checklist generation system of this invention extracts layout information from a first checklist in a first data format to generate a webpage for form information entry, and then generates a second checklist in a second data format with supplementary forms based on the layout information and the form information.
