Abstract

[Problem] To provide a pipeline renewal plan creation device that can assign appropriate burial environment attributes to even long pipelines, thereby creating a suitable renewal plan. [Solution] A pipeline renewal plan creation device comprises: a data acquisition unit that acquires pipeline data and polygon data from map information stored in a memory unit, wherein the pipeline data includes the burial locations of each pipeline constituting the pipeline network, and the polygon data represents the burial environment of the pipeline; a drawing processing unit that draws a pipeline diagram based on the pipeline data and draws and processes burial environment polygons based on the polygon data; an intersection point extraction processing unit that extracts the intersection points between each pipeline constituting the pipeline diagram and the burial environment polygons; a pipeline segmentation creation processing unit that creates segmented pipelines by segmenting the pipelines based on the aforementioned intersection points; a segmented pipeline analysis processing unit that performs aging analysis or hydrological analysis on the segmented pipelines; and a renewal plan creation processing unit that creates a renewal plan for the aforementioned pipelines based on the analysis results of the segmented pipelines.
