Intelligent assistance system and intelligent assistance method

Abstract

An intelligent assistance system includes a service server. The service server includes a database and a processor. The database stores a plurality of event packages and a plurality of interpersonal relationship data of the first user. Multiple interpersonal relationship data refers to the user's intimate relationship data with other users and the user's personal characteristics data. The processor is coupled to the database and the user's mobile device. The processor performs the following operations: receiving the user's question content data regarding the situation from the mobile device; analyzing the question content data based on the user's biometric data to generate user demand data corresponding to the question content data; comparing each of the plurality of event packets based on the user demand data to generate a response plan corresponding to the user's demand data; and transmit the response plan to the user's mobile device to help the user deal with the situation.
