Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a repair management system, a repair management method and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The repair management system communicates with a plurality of repair hosts, and the repair hosts are located at a plurality of repair hosts respectively. The repair management system includes a processing device. The processing device receives multiple pieces of repair center information from the repair centers and obtains repair application information. The processing device is configured to access the repair hosts to perform the following operations: calculate a repair center characteristic index set of each repair center based on the multiple pieces of repair center information and the repair application information; calculating a comprehensive weight index of each repair center based on the repair center characteristic index set of each repair center; and labelling the repair center corresponding to a largest of the comprehensive weight indexes as a main delivery location.
