Service Breakpoint Marketing Methods and Systems

Abstract

A service breakpoint marketing system includes a processing unit and a storage unit. The storage unit stores multiple sets of customer data corresponding to multiple customers, multiple sets of service breakpoint data, and multiple sets of marketing activity data. The processing unit is used to: receive service breakpoint setting data; select multiple sets of customer data as multiple sets of target customer data based on the service breakpoint setting data, and use the service breakpoint data corresponding to each set of target customer data as a target service breakpoint data; obtain multiple sets of optimal channel data corresponding to the target customer data based on the target customer data; and for each target customer, transmit the marketing activity data corresponding to the target service breakpoint data through the optimal channel based on the corresponding optimal channel data.
