Abstract

A recurring billing information system includes a processing unit and a storage unit. The storage unit stores billing history data, which includes multiple payment items corresponding to a customer. The processing unit sets multiple payment items in the billing history data that meet a recurring billing determination rule as a recurring payment item. The processing unit determines whether a recurring payment item exists in a new bill. If a recurring payment item exists in the new bill, the processing unit determines whether there are differences in payment amount and / or payment date between the new bill and the corresponding recurring payment item in the billing history data. If there are differences, the processing unit generates an anomaly confirmation message.
