Real-time voice prompt system for inappropriate dialogue in voice communication

Abstract

A real-time voice prompt system for inappropriate dialogue in voice communication includes a comparison and prompting system executed by a central host: a pre-recorder connected to a caller and a receiver for recording the audio of each call; a translator connected to the pre-recorder for converting the audio into a text file; a post-recorder connected to the translator; a word segmentation unit connected to the post-recorder for segmenting sentences in the text file into multiple segmented words; a keyword database storing multiple keywords; a comparison unit connected to the word segmentation unit and the keyword database for real-time comparison of the multiple segmented words with the multiple keywords; a comparison result filter connected to the comparison unit for determining whether the caller's conversation contains inappropriate intent; and a voice prompt unit connected to the comparison result filter. When the comparison result filter detects inappropriate intent in the call, the voice prompt unit is activated to issue a voice prompt to the receiver, alerting the receiver.
