Wearable health management device and health management method thereof

Abstract

This invention provides a wearable health management device, which includes a shell containing a power supply unit, a trigger unit, a timing unit, a light sensing unit, a control component, and a light output unit. The current output by the power supply unit is input into the timing unit via the trigger unit, causing the timing unit to count down within a time interval and output a command. The light sensing unit receives the command to emit incident light towards the target area beneath the skin and receives the reflected light from the target area. The reflected light is converted to generate a light sensing data. The light sensing data is fed into the analysis unit to obtain analysis results. The light control unit adjusts the light output frequency and light output power of the light output unit based on the analysis results and drives the light output unit to emit laser light corresponding to the adjusted light output frequency and light output power towards the target area.
