Intelligent maintenance operation guidance system

Abstract

A smart maintenance operation guidance system, applicable to a signal-connected device, includes a signal acquisition module, a fault prediction module, and a maintenance guidance module. The signal acquisition module acquires a set of operating signals from the device. The fault prediction module extracts a set of feature signals from the operating signal set, performs artificial intelligence learning calculations based on the feature signals to output a fault prediction model, and outputs fault type and fault-related information based on the fault prediction model and the feature signals. The maintenance guidance module performs artificial intelligence learning calculations based on the fault type and fault-related information to output a maintenance guidance model, and outputs guidance strategy information based on the maintenance guidance model and the fault type and fault-related information. This instructs maintenance personnel to maintain the device according to the steps presented in the guidance strategy information.
