Abstract

This invention provides an electrical connector, comprising: a housing, with an outer connection side and an inner connection side formed on both sides of the housing, and a plurality of first terminal receiving slots connecting the outer connection side and the inner connection side provided inside the housing; a rear cover, attached to the inner connection side of the housing, the rear cover and the housing together forming a through-view window; a plurality of inner row conductive terminals, partially housed in the first terminal receiving slots, with the solder feet of the inner row conductive terminals extending and exposed in the through-view window; and a plurality of outer row conductive terminals, partially housed in the first terminal receiving slots, with the solder feet of the outer row conductive terminals extending and exposed on the side of the rear cover opposite to the housing, and the solder feet of the inner row conductive terminals and the outer row conductive terminals being offset from each other along the viewing direction provided by the through-view window. This invention can vertically expose the solder feet of two types of signal terminals, compatible with conventional AOI lenses used in the industry for vertical inspection from top to bottom, improving the convenience of inspection.
