A static random access memory (SRAM) device includes a first fin-shaped structure and a second fin-shaped structure extending along a first direction on a substrate, a first dummy fin-shaped structure between the first fin-shaped structure and the second fin-shaped structure, a third fin-shaped structure and a fourth fin-shaped structure extending along the first direction adjacent to the second fin-shaped structure, and a second dummy fin-shaped structure between the second fin-shaped structure and the third fin-shaped structure.
