Abstract

A planar light-emitting device includes a circuit board, n groups of LED chips bonded to the upper surface of the circuit board, (n-1) groups of fluorescent layers, and a light-transmitting encapsulating layer. n is a positive integer ≥ 3. The m-th group of the n groups of LED chips has a complex m-th chip. The k-th group of the (n-1) groups of fluorescent layers has a complex k-th layer. m and k are positive integers from 1 to n and 1 to (n-1), respectively. When m = 1 and k = 1, each k-th layer is respectively sprayed onto a surface of each m-th chip; when m = 2 to (n-1) positive integers, k = 2 to (n-1) positive integers, and m = k, each k-th layer is respectively sprayed onto a surface of a complex (k-1)-th layer of a (k-1)-th group and a surface of each m-th chip. A light-transmitting encapsulating layer covers the top surface, the last layer of the last group of fluorescent layers, and the last LED chip surface.
