Abstract

Features of a display device are disclosed, including examples of display devices that include a substrate; a circuit part disposed on the substrate; a connection electrode connected to the circuit part and disposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer disposed on the connection electrode; a first electrode pattern connected to the connection electrode and on the second insulating layer; a third insulating layer disposed on the first electrode pattern; a second electrode pattern connected to the first electrode pattern and disposed on the third insulating layer and in a first through hole of the third insulating layer; a fourth insulating layer disposed on the second electrode pattern; and a third electrode pattern connected to the second electrode pattern and formed on the fourth insulating layer and in a second through hole of the fourth insulating layer, and the first through hole or the second through hole may include at least two inclined surfaces having slopes different from each other.
