Abstract

Disclosed is a display device, incluing: a plurality of substrates including a display area and a transmission area; a driving transistor disposed on the substrates, and including a gate electrode, a polycrystalline silicon semiconductor layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode; a switching transistor disposed on the substrates, and including a gate electrode, an oxide semiconductor layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode; a storage capacitor including a first metal pattern and a second metal pattern, wherein the first metal pattern is in a same layer as the gate electrode of the driving transistor; a first planarization layer disposed to cover the driving transistor and the switching transistor; a connection electrode disposed on the first planarization layer and electrically connected to the drain electrode of the driving transistor; a second planarization layer disposed to cover the connection electrode; an anode electrode disposed on the second planarization layer and electrically connected to the connection electrode; an emission layer disposed on the anode electrode; a cathode electrode disposed on the emission layer; an encapsulation layer disposed to cover the cathode electrode; and a touch sensing layer disposed on the encapsulation layer. The display area includes a normal area and one or more optical areas, a touch line is disposed in the normal area and one or more optical areas, and a shape of the touch line disposed in the normal area is different from a shape of the touch line disposed in the one or more optical areas.
