Abstract

An electronic device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a first insulating layer, a second conductive layer, a second insulating layer, a third conductive layer and a third insulating layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate. The first insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a first opening. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and is electrically connected to the first conductive layer through the first opening. The second insulating layer is disposed on the second conductive layer and includes a second opening. The third conductive layer is disposed on the second insulating layer and is electrically connected to the second conductive layer through the second opening. The second opening does not overlap with the first opening.
