Description

Hand dryer air outlet structure This invention relates to a hand dryer air outlet structure, and more particularly to a hand dryer air outlet structure that reduces noise generation. To reduce noise generated during airflow, many manufacturers have made improvements to the airflow structure of current hand dryers, as revealed in CN103860094B and CN103052347B. CN103860094B employs nozzles arranged in a relatively opposite manner. By varying the tilt angle of the first nozzle's outlet in the longitudinal direction, the jet in the central region is made to tilt downwards, intersecting with the jet from the second nozzle at a position lower than the central and end regions, thus reducing interference and noise in the central region. However, the nozzle design of CN103860094B makes the air outlet design of the hand dryer more complex. The nozzle orifice of CN103052347B is implemented with a wave-like structure. Air is guided through the nozzle inlet and ejected from the nozzle orifice. When air is ejected from the peaks and valleys of the nozzle orifice, some air energy is provided between adjacent peaks and valleys to reduce the velocity difference between the air ejected from the nozzle orifice and the air between adjacent peaks or valleys, thereby reducing the generated noise. However, this nozzle orifice requires matching with the curvature of the upper and lower sides, resulting in a more complex overall structural design. The main objective of this invention is to solve the problem of the increasingly complex structural design of conventional hand dryer air outlets in order to reduce the amount of noise generated. To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a hand dryer air outlet structure, comprising a cylindrical body, at least one air outlet, and a plurality of guide protrusions. The cylindrical body has an inner wall surface, and the at least one air outlet is formed on the cylindrical body. The periphery of the at least one air outlet is connected to the inner wall surface of the cylindrical body. The at least one air outlet has two opposing long sides and two short sides respectively connected to the two long sides. The guide protrusions are disposed on the inner wall surface and arranged on the two long sides of the at least one air outlet. The width and height of each guide protrusion gradually decrease from the at least one air outlet towards the interior of the cylindrical body. In one embodiment, each of the guide protrusions has two guide ramps respectively connected to the inner wall surface, and a ridge formed by the two guide ramps meeting. In one embodiment, the cylinder is formed with at least one air outlet channel, the at least one air outlet is located at the end of the at least one air outlet channel, and each of the guide protrusions has a wind-receiving starting point located away from the at least one air outlet and within the at least one air outlet channel. In one embodiment, each of the guide bumps has a centerline, and the centerline of each of the guide bumps is located on the same extension line as the centerline of one of the guide bumps located on the other long side. In one embodiment, at least two of the guide bumps located on the same long side are equidistant. In one embodiment, the at least one air outlet channel has an air inlet port, and the air intake point of each of the guide protrusions is not located at the air inlet port. In one embodiment, the at least one air outlet duct gradually narrows toward the at least one air outlet. In one embodiment, each of the guide bumps has a plane connecting to the edge of the at least one air outlet. In one embodiment, the plane of each of the guide protrusions is flush with the end face of the cylinder located around the at least one air outlet. The present invention, through the aforementioned embodiments, has the following characteristics compared to the prior art: The present invention is a hand dryer air outlet structure. Through the setting of these guide protrusions, the air outlet structure of the hand dryer can reduce the turbulence and noise generated after the hot air is discharged, thereby improving the problem of the complex structure of conventional hand dryer air outlet structures. The detailed description and technical content of this invention are as follows, with reference to the accompanying drawings: Referring to Figure 1, the present invention provides a hand dryer air outlet structure 20, which is adapted to a hand dryer fan assembly 100. The hand dryer fan assembly 100 includes an airflow generating device 12 connected to the hand dryer air outlet structure 20, an air guide shroud 13 disposed on one side of the airflow generating device 12 and facing the hand dryer air outlet structure 20, and an electric heating component 14 disposed in the air guide shroud 13 on the side away from the airflow generating device 12. The electric heating component 14 further includes a heating circuit board 141 and a heating coil 142. After activation, the heating circuit board 141 receives power to heat the heating coil 142, causing an airflow passing through the air guide shroud 13 and then through the heating coil 142 to generate a warm airflow. This warm airflow then continues to flow towards the hand dryer air outlet structure 20 and is delivered to the user via the hand dryer air outlet structure 20. Please refer to Figures 2 to 6. The air outlet structure 20 of the hand dryer includes a cylindrical body 21 and at least one air outlet 22 formed in the cylindrical body 21. The cylindrical body 21 has an inner wall surface 211, which is connected to the periphery of the at least one air outlet 22. The shape of the inner wall surface 211 is not limited to Figures 2 to 6, but mainly guides the warm airflow smoothly through the cylindrical body 21. That is, the inner wall surface 211 can be a plane, an arc surface, or an inclined surface. Furthermore, the at least one air outlet 22 has two oppositely arranged long sides 221 and two short sides 222 respectively connected to the two long sides 221. The two long sides 221 and the two short sides 222 together form the periphery of the at least one air outlet 22. In other words, the two long sides 221 and the two short sides 222 mentioned herein are the outline of the inner edge of the at least one air outlet 22. The two long sides 221 are not limited to being straight lines. In one embodiment, at least one of the two long sides 221 is in an arc shape. Continuing on the above, the air outlet structure 20 of the hand dryer further includes a plurality of guide protrusions 23, which are disposed on the inner wall surface 211 and are integrally formed with the inner wall surface 211. The guide protrusions 23 extend from the inner wall surface 211 to the at least one air outlet 22 and are arranged on the two long sides 221 of the at least one air outlet 22, such that the guide protrusions 23 are located on two opposite sides of the at least one air outlet 22. Furthermore, the width and height of each of the guide protrusions 23 gradually decrease from the at least one air outlet 22 towards the interior of the cylinder 21, so that each of the guide protrusions 23 has a guiding effect on the warm airflow, so as to smoothly discharge the warm airflow from the at least one air outlet 22 and reduce the turbulence generated during the discharge of the warm airflow. In summary, the present invention simplifies the structure of conventional hand dryer air outlets. By simply setting the guide protrusions 23, the turbulence generated when the warm airflow is discharged from the at least one air outlet 22 is reduced, thereby achieving the effect of reducing noise. Referring again to Figures 2 to 6, in one embodiment, each of the guide protrusions 23 has two guide ramps 232 respectively connected to the inner wall surface 211, and a ridge line 233 formed by the connection of the two guide ramps 232. The two guide ramps 232 connect the two long sides 221 at the at least one air outlet 22, and the ridge line 233 is located at the top edge of the guide protrusion 23. In another embodiment, the cylinder 21 forms at least one air outlet channel 212, the at least one air outlet 22 is located at the end of the at least one air outlet channel 212, and the inner wall surface 211 is the periphery of the at least one air outlet channel 212. The guide protrusions 23 are located in the at least one air outlet channel 212 to guide the warm airflow through the at least one air outlet channel 212. Each of the guide protrusions 23 has a wind-receiving starting point 234 located away from the at least one air outlet 22 and within the at least one air outlet channel 212. The wind-receiving starting point 234 is located on the ridge line 233 and at one end away from the at least one air outlet 22. After the wind-receiving starting point 234 comes into contact with the warm airflow, it guides the warm airflow to the two guide slopes 232. Please refer to Figures 3 to 8. In one embodiment, the at least one air outlet channel 212 has an air inlet port 213 located inside the cylinder 21. The air inlet port 213 and the at least one air outlet 22 are located at opposite ends of the at least one air outlet channel 212. In other words, the air inlet port 213 is the entrance for the warm airflow into the at least one air outlet channel 212. Furthermore, the air intake point 234 of each of the guide protrusions 23 is not located at the air inlet port 213. Specifically, although the guide protrusions 23 are provided on the inner wall surface 211 and located in the at least one air outlet channel 212, the end of the guide protrusions 23 away from the at least one air outlet 22 does not extend beyond the air inlet port 213. In one embodiment, the air outlet structure 20 of the hand dryer has two air outlets 22. The at least one air outlet channel 212 partially branches to form a diversion section 214. The diversion section 214 is located between the two air outlets 22 and at the air inlet port 213, as shown in FIG8. Furthermore, also viewed from the perspective of FIG8, an imaginary line 215 can be defined at the endpoint of the diversion section 214, and the height of each of the guide protrusions 23 at the height of the at least one air outlet channel 212 does not exceed the imaginary line 215. Referring again to Figures 3 to 8, in one embodiment, each of the guide bumps 23 has a center line 235, 236, and the center line 235 of one of the guide bumps 23 and the center line 236 of one of the guide bumps 23 located on the other long side 221 are located on the same extension line 237. In other words, the guide bumps 23 are located on the two long sides 221 and are arranged opposite to each other. Continuing from the above, in another embodiment, at least two of the guide bumps 23 located on the same side of the two long sides 221 are equidistantly arranged, and each of the guide bumps 23 is not located at opposite ends of the two long sides 221. Further, regarding one of the two long sides 221, the long side 221 has a plurality of smooth segments 223 without the guide bumps 23. One of these smooth segments 223 may be located between two of the guide bumps 23, or between one end of the long side 221 and one of the guide bumps 23. In this embodiment, each of the two long sides 221 is alternately arranged with one of the smooth segments 223 and one of the guide bumps 23, and the opposite ends of each of the two long sides 221 are respectively connected to one of the two short sides 222 by two of the smooth segments 223. Furthermore, the two guide slopes 232 and the smooth section 223 respectively form an angle 50, which is greater than 90 degrees. The two long sides 221 of the at least one air outlet 22 are not implemented in a wavy, continuous concave-convex structure as is commonly used. Please refer to Figures 5 to 8. In one embodiment, the at least one air outlet 212 tapers towards the at least one air outlet 22. The at least one air outlet 212 is arranged from the center of the cylinder 21 toward the outer edge of the cylinder 21. Specifically, the portion of the at least one air outlet 212 adjacent to the outer edge of the cylinder 21 is arranged horizontally with the outer edge of the cylinder 21, while the portion of the at least one air outlet 212 away from the cylinder 21 extends toward the outer edge of the cylinder 21 to form an arc-shaped surface. Continuing from the above, in one embodiment, each of the guide protrusions 23 has a plane 238 connecting the edge of the at least one air outlet 22, which can be directly observed from the at least one air outlet 22 toward the at least one air outlet channel 212. In another embodiment, the plane 238 of each of the guide protrusions 23 is flush with the end face of the cylinder 21 located at the periphery of the at least one air outlet 22, and the plane 238 is perpendicular to the portion of the inner wall surface 211 located on the two long sides 221, as shown in FIG7. 100: Hand dryer fan unit; 12: Airflow generating device; 13: Air guide shroud; 14: Electric heating component; 141: Heating circuit board; 142: Heating coil; 20: Hand dryer air outlet structure; 21: Cylinder; 211: Inner wall surface; 212: Air outlet channel; 213: Air inlet port; 214: Flow divider; 215: Imaginary line; 22: Air outlet; 221: Long side; 222: Short side; 223: Smooth section; 23: Guide protrusion; 232: Guide slope; 233: Ridge; 234: Air intake point; 235, 236: Centerline; 237: Extension line; 238: Plane; 50: Angle.
