Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a method of assessing the effectiveness of a treatment with lanifibranor in a patient with a liver disease, the method comprising: a) in vitro measuring levels of a combination of biomarkers consisting of CK18M65, Gamma Glutamyl Transferase, AST, insulin and urea, in a biological sample from the patient; b) assessing the effectiveness of the treatment with lanifibranor as a function of the levels measured in step a).
