The regrugolide raw material is subjected to a specific recrystallization process, resulting in crystals with relatively uniform particle size and good crystal morphology. The long-acting microcrystalline pharmaceutical composition of regrugolide is administered via intramuscular injection, and can sustain release in the body for at least one month, or two months, three months, or even four months or more. This effectively reduces the frequency of administration, maintains stable blood drug concentrations, improves clinical efficacy, and better meets clinical needs.
