Abstract
This invention discloses a compound with KRAS G12D mutation-degrading activity and its uses. The compound proposed in this invention is a compound as shown in Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a prodrug thereof. The compound of this invention exhibits good inhibitory activity and protein degradation activity against tumor cell lines with KRAS G12D mutations, showing promising potential for drug development.
