Abstract

This disclosure relates to a method for reducing the viscosity of a liquid pharmaceutical preparation and / or maintaining / increasing the stability of the liquid pharmaceutical preparation, comprising adding methionine and / or nicotinamide to a liquid pharmaceutical preparation comprising a protein with a molecular weight of about 50 to 250 kDa, wherein the final concentration of the protein in the liquid pharmaceutical preparation is about 10 to 300 mg / mL; a liquid pharmaceutical preparation having reduced viscosity and / or maintained / increased stability, and a method for preparing the same; and a lyophilized powder obtained by lyophilizing the liquid pharmaceutical preparation and a liquid pharmaceutical preparation obtained by reconstituted the lyophilized powder.
