Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention provides a delivery device for insulin needles, particularly a delivery device for guiding and delivering multiple needles. The multiple needles are delivered along the delivery channel to the guide rail for alignment and then sent out by the needle delivery machine, so as to achieve the purpose of counting and storing multiple needles. [Previous Technology]
[0002] Note: As the quality of life improves, people enjoy better quality in all aspects of daily life, including clothing, food, housing, transportation, and entertainment. After enjoying various convenient and comfortable aspects of civilized life, changes in lifestyle and eating habits, as well as the influence of diet, environment, or climate, lead to physical ailments that cause great distress. This necessitates seeking medical treatment. After consultation with a doctor at a hospital or clinic, the doctor will prescribe medication based on the patient's condition. Patients can then obtain the medication directly from the hospital or clinic's pharmacy or from a local pharmacist's pharmacy. This allows patients to relieve their physical pain and discomfort through medication. However, with the rapid advancement of medical technology and the continuous improvement of medical quality, patients receive better medical treatment. Moreover, there are many types of medical supplies, medicines, and injectable drugs, each with different effects. Therefore, when seeking medical treatment, patients must obtain a prescription from a doctor and have it dispensed by a pharmacist to obtain suitable medication for effective treatment.
[0003] Diabetes is one of the most troublesome diseases currently, causing metabolic disorders, immune imbalances, and abnormal changes in physical performance. Doctors usually treat it with insulin injections. Currently, commonly used insulin injections are administered by patients using disposable needles, meaning the needles must be discarded and a new needle is used for the next injection. Patients usually need to inject insulin daily, resulting in a considerable number of disposable needles being used. Therefore, when patients receive insulin injections, they must also receive the corresponding number of needles. Before patients receive the needles, hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies must count and package the needles before they are available for patients. However, the counting and packaging of needles must be done manually, which is not only slow and inefficient but also often results in discrepancies such as too many or too few needles, causing inconvenience for staff and requiring improvement.
[0004] Therefore, how to solve the problems and troubles of counting and packaging needles used in the current medical insulin injections during the dispensing process, and how the manual operation can easily lead to incorrect needle counts, which can cause inconvenience and loss to patients, is the direction that manufacturers in this industry are eager to research and improve. [Summary of the Invention]
[0005] Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems and deficiencies, the inventor collected relevant information, conducted multiple evaluations and considerations, and, based on years of experience accumulated in this industry, through continuous creation, research and improvement, finally designed this kind of insulin needle delivery device and the invention patent was born.
