Airbag Gravity Trainer

Abstract

This invention relates to an airbag gravity training device, comprising a base with an internal accommodating space for accommodating at least one counterweight; an airbag unit disposed on the base, the airbag unit having a continuously bending telescopic portion that can return to its original shape after compression; an air chamber inside the airbag unit, where gas pressure is generated by compressing and restoring the telescopic portion; an air inlet and an air outlet on the outer side of the airbag unit respectively communicating with the air chamber; a first one-way valve on the air inlet to allow outside air to enter the air chamber in one direction; and a second one-way valve on the air outlet to allow air to exit the air chamber in one direction. This allows for training of different leg muscles used during foot compression and lifting.
