Abstract
[Problem] The problem of this invention is to provide a fluoride removal agent capable of automatically removing fluorides, particularly phosphorus trifluoride (PF3), from exhaust gases. [Solution] The above problem is solved by using a fluoride removal agent containing 20% to 80% calcium (Ca) based on CaO, and 10% to 55% iron (Fe) based on Fe2O3, or 30% to 80% manganese (Mn) based on MnO, wherein the aforementioned weight percentages are based on the weight of the fluoride removal agent.
