Abstract
Description
Automatic oil removal device for objects This invention relates to the technical field of degreasing objects, and in particular to an automatic degreasing device that integrates degreasing, unloading, and degreasing in one continuous process. After the screw parts are formed, they usually need to be processed a second time by a thread rolling machine to complete the thread rolling of the screw surface. Especially during the rapid thread rolling process, cooling oil must be applied for cooling effect. Secondly, the lubricating effect of the cooling oil is used to facilitate the rapid processing of the thread rolling plate. Therefore, the screw surface is greasy after thread rolling and is difficult to clean. The oil on the screw surface needs to be removed and an oil removal step is required to keep the screw surface clean. However, the traditional degreasing method usually involves placing the screws that have been threaded into a container, then transporting them by manpower or machinery to the degreasing machine and pouring them into the degreasing tank for degreasing. After the degreasing is completed, the screws are taken out and placed in a container. This is quite troublesome, laborious, and time-consuming, wasting a lot of manpower and time on transportation and operation. This shows that the traditional degreasing operation consumes a lot of manpower and resources, which increases costs and is not economically efficient. To address the problems of traditional degreasing operations, the industry has developed an automatic degreasing machine that drives the degreasing tank to rotate and centrifugally remove oil from screw parts, achieving the purpose of degreasing. However, while this type of automatic degreasing machine can achieve the degreasing effect in principle, the oil collection container located below the degreasing tank must be manually emptied into the tank after a certain amount of oil has been collected, which still poses a problem of wasting manpower and resources. In addition, when the degreasing tank finishes degreasing and the parts in the tank are tilted to pour them into the vibrating machine, the tilting angle is too small, which makes it easy for the parts in the tank to get stuck and not be completely poured out. To solve the tilting angle problem, a pneumatic cylinder or hydraulic cylinder must be used to assist in pushing the degreasing tank to rotate and increase the tilting angle. However, the pushing angle of the pneumatic cylinder or hydraulic cylinder is limited, so it is impossible to rotate the tilting angle to the optimal value, thus failing to complete the material release. Moreover, this makes the machine structure more complex and the cost higher. In view of this, the inventor, drawing on years of experience and technology in developing similar machines, and after numerous improvements and modifications, developed this invention that can solve the above problems. The main objective of this invention is to provide an automatic degreasing device for objects, which can operate automatically and quickly from feeding, degreasing, oil collection and unloading, saving manpower, material resources and time and machine volume, thereby reducing costs. To achieve the above objectives, the object degreasing device disclosed in this invention mainly includes a feeding mechanism located at the discharge end of the thread rolling machine. The feeding mechanism has a material collection funnel, and a movable baffle is installed at the front end of the material collection funnel. The upper edge of the movable baffle is controlled by a power unit to open and close in a timely manner. A centrifugal degreasing device includes an oil degreasing cylinder and an oil degreasing tank disposed inside the oil degreasing cylinder. The opening of the oil degreasing tank can be located below the feeding mechanism to receive the processed oil-containing screws or located below the flipping support mechanism and combined with each other. It is driven to rotate by a power unit and can automatically degrease the oil-containing screws. A flipping support mechanism includes a base, a feeding frame, and a sliding assembly located at both ends of the feeding frame. The front inlet of the feeding frame is adjacent to the opening of the degreasing tank. The sliding assembly has a sliding rod and a connecting rod. The connecting rod is connected to the chain assembly of the lifting device, thereby driving the sliding rod to slide in the guide groove. While controlling the lifting centrifugal degreasing device to move upward, the degreasing tank can also be automatically rotated to increase the tilt angle. A lifting device includes a main frame spanning both sides of a centrifugal degreasing device, and a ring-shaped chain assembly is provided on each side of the main frame, and the chain assembly is driven to rotate by a power unit. A flipping guide device includes two guide plates, which are respectively located at the left and right ends of the main frame of the lifting device. A groove is formed on the inner surface of the guide plate, and a curved plate is mounted on the inner side of the groove. The curved plate is connected to a spring by a connecting rod to provide a downward pressing force. An oil return device is located below the oil removal tank of the centrifugal oil removal device to receive the oil thrown out of the oil removal tank. It includes an oil collection tray, and a cable group is installed at the end of the oil collection tray to connect and drive the chain group of the lifting device, so that the oil collection tray and the oil removal tank of the oil removal cylinder are synchronously rotated and tilted at an angle. The combined mechanism described above enables the screw to be degreased in one go, thus achieving automation. The core technology of this invention is to install the centrifugal degreasing device onto the tilting support mechanism. Through the sliding component on the side of the tilting support mechanism, the tilting angle of the degreasing tank of the centrifugal degreasing device is increased by the curved traction of the tilting guide plate, thereby avoiding material jamming during the pouring of the degreasing tank and ensuring complete material release. In addition, while the lifting device controls the upward movement of the degreasing tank, the oil collection plate of the return oil device is simultaneously tilted through a cable group, so that the oil is poured back into the oil collection tank of the tooth rolling machine, achieving the automatic processing effect of degreasing, pouring, and oil removal. 1: Feeding mechanism 10: Aggregate Funnel 100: Discharge end 11: Material drop outlet 12: Movable baffle 13: Power Unit 2: Centrifugal oil removal device 20: Oil removal cylinder 200: Shock absorber spring 21: Oil removal tank 22: Slide 3: Tilting support mechanism 30: Base 31:Introduction frame 310: Feeding Channel 32: Slide rail 33: Connecting rod 34: Sliding rod 340: Pulley 4: Lifting device 40: Main frame 400: Slide 41: Chain assembly 410: The First Chain 411: Second Chain 5: Tilting guide device 50: Guide plate 51: Groove 52: Curveboard 520: Connecting rod 521: Spring 6: Oil return device 60: Oil collection tray 61: Cable group 62: Counterweight plate 63: Cable 64: Roller 65: Oil outlet [Figure 1] is a three-dimensional structural diagram of the present invention. [Figure 11] is a side view of the centrifugal degreasing device of the present invention. Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The automatic degreasing device for objects of the present invention includes a feeding mechanism 1, a centrifugal degreasing device 2, a tilting support mechanism 3, a lifting device 4, a tilting guide device 5, and an oil return device 6. The feeding mechanism 1 is located at the discharge end 100 of the thread rolling machine and has a material collection funnel 10 on its outer edge. The lower end of the material collection funnel 10 is provided with a discharge port 11, and a movable baffle 12 is installed at the front end of the material collection funnel 10. The movable baffle 12 is opened and closed in a timely manner by a power unit 13 at the upper end of the movable baffle 12, so as to control the quantitative falling of the object (a screw in this embodiment) from the discharge port 11 of the material collection funnel 10 into the degreasing tank 21 of the centrifugal degreasing device 2 for degreasing. The centrifugal degreasing device 2 includes an oil degreasing cylinder 20, which has an oil degreasing groove 21 inside. Several shock-absorbing springs 200 are arranged around the oil degreasing cylinder 20 to buffer the vibration force when the oil degreasing groove 21 rotates for oil degreasing. The top of the oil degreasing groove 21 is an open opening, which corresponds to the discharge port 11 of the material collection funnel 10 of the feeding mechanism 1 to receive the screws sent out by the discharge end 100 of the thread rolling machine. It is driven to rotate by a power unit, and the high-speed rotation of the oil degreasing groove 21 can automatically degrease the screws. In addition, one or more sliding grooves 22 are opened at the rear end of the oil degreasing cylinder 20 to accommodate the slide rails 32 provided by the flipping support mechanism 3. The oil degreasing groove 21 of the oil degreasing cylinder 20 is controlled by a drive motor to slide and select to correspond to or move away from the material collection funnel 10 of the feeding mechanism 1. The flipping support mechanism 3 includes a base 30, a feeding frame 31 located at the front end of the base 30, a slide rail 32 located below the feeding frame 31, and a sliding component connected to the side end of the feeding frame 31. The feeding frame 31 has a feeding channel 310. The feeding frame 31 and the slide rail 32 below it are mutually accommodated with the slide groove 22 opened at the rear end of the deoiling cylinder 20, so that the deoiling cylinder 20 can be moved to the feeding frame 31. After the inlet of the feeding channel 310 is laterally slid and positioned in the deoiling tank of the centrifugal deoiling device, it is aligned with the opening of the deoiling tank and moves synchronously. The sliding component is connected to the lifting device 4 to control the lifting of the deoiling cylinder 20 and the feeding frame 31 to move upward synchronously. It has connecting rods 33 located at the lower two sides of the feeding frame 31 and sliding rods 34 located at the upper two sides of the feeding frame 31. The rod ends of the connecting rods 33 and the sliding rods 34 are fitted with pulleys 340. The lifting device 4 includes a main frame 40 and two chain sets 41. The main frame 40 spans both ends of the deoiling cylinder 20 of the centrifugal deoiling device 2, and a groove 400 is formed on the inner surface of the main frame 40 for accommodating the sliding component of the tilting support mechanism 3, so that the sliding component slides in the groove 400. The chain set 41 includes a first chain 410 and a second chain 411, and the first chain 410 and the second chain 411 are wound around the connecting rod 33 of the sliding component of the tilting support mechanism 3, and the two ends of the connecting rod 33 are respectively fixed to the first chain 410 and the second chain 411, so that the connecting rod 33 and the sliding rod 34 of the tilting support mechanism 3 slide upward in the groove 400 by the pulley 340. The flipping guide mechanism 5 is located next to the main frame 40 of the lifting device 4. It has two guide plates 50, each with a groove 51 formed on its inner surface. A curved plate 52 with a predetermined curve is provided on the outer side of the groove 51. The sliding rod 34 of the sliding component of the flipping support mechanism 3 is embedded in the groove 51 on the inner surface of the guide plate 50 and slides along the predetermined curve of the curved plate 52, thereby increasing the flipping angle of the oil removal cylinder 20. With a sufficient angle, the screws in the oil removal tank 21 are completely poured out, avoiding the occurrence of material jamming. In this way, the screws inside the oil removal tank 21 are completely poured onto the vibrator 7 for chip removal. The oil return device 6 is located below the oil removal cylinder 20 of the centrifugal oil removal device 2 to receive the oil ejected from the oil removal cylinder 20. It includes an oil collection tray 60, and a cable assembly 61 (shown in Figure 6) is installed on each of the two ends of the oil collection tray 60. The cable assembly 61 has a counterweight plate 62, a cable 63, and several rollers 64. One end of the counterweight plate 62 is pivotally connected to the end of the oil collection tray 60, and one end of the cable 63 is fixed to the other end of the counterweight plate 62. The other end of the cable 63 is wound around each roller 64 and fixed to the chain assembly 41 of the lifting device 4. The two ends of the cable 63 are relatively displaced, so that the oil collection tray 60 is pulled by the cable 63 and rotates at an angle, pouring the oil from the oil outlet 65 into the oil collection tank, thus completing the purpose of oil removal. Regarding the description of the degreasing operation of this invention, please refer to Figures 3 to 11. After the thread rolling machine performs thread rolling, the screws 9 containing oil are first blocked by the movable baffle 12 of the feeding mechanism 1 from the discharge end 100. After a quantitative accumulation, a signal is sent to the power unit 13 to open the movable baffle 12, allowing the screws 9 containing oil to fall from the discharge port 11 of the collection funnel 10 into the degreasing tank 21 of the degreasing cylinder 20 of the centrifugal degreasing device 2. After complete feeding... As shown in Figure 3), the oil removal cylinder 20 is then driven by the power unit to slide to the flipping support mechanism 3 and combine with the feeding frame 31, so that the opening of the oil removal tank 21 corresponds to the inlet of the feeding frame 31. Then, a signal is sent to start the power unit at the lower end of the oil removal cylinder 20, which drives the oil removal tank 21 to rotate at high speed to remove oil from the oil-containing screw 9. Through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the oil removal tank 21, the oil contained in the screw 9 is thrown out into the oil collection plate 60 of the oil collection device, thus completing the oil removal operation. At this time, the oil content of the screws in the degreasing tank 21 has been greatly reduced. When the degreasing tank 21 stops rotating and remains stationary, a signal is sent to the motor of the lifting device 4 to drive the first chain 410 and the second chain 411 of the chain group 41 to rotate upward, which drives the feeding frame 31 of the flipping support mechanism 3 to slide upward, and simultaneously drives the degreasing cylinder 20 to move upward. During the upward sliding of the feeding frame 31, the sliding rods 34 protruding from both ends of the feeding frame 31 will be guided into the groove 51 inside the guide plate 50 of the flipping guide device 5 (as shown in Figures 6 and 7), and then continue along the curve of the curved plate 52 outside the groove 51. At this time, the spring 521 fixed to the curved plate 52 by the connecting rod 520 provides downward pressure, which pulls the tilt angle of the degreasing cylinder 20 to increase (as shown in Figure 8), thereby completely tilting the oil-containing screws 9 inside the degreasing tank 21 of the degreasing cylinder 20 to the vibrator 7 for a second descaling and degreasing (as shown in Figures 9 to 11). (Refer to Figure 9) When the feeding frame 31 is pulled upward by the chain assembly, the cable 63 is pulled upward simultaneously, which pulls the counterweight plate 62 at the tail of the oil collecting pan 60 to rise upward, controlling the oil collecting pan 60 to rotate at an angle, so that the oil in the oil collecting pan 60 is discharged from the oil outlet 65 to the oil collecting tank of the thread rolling machine, completing the automated operation of degreasing, unloading and oil removal. After all the oil-containing screws 9 in the degreasing tank 21 have been tilted, a signal is sent to control the chain assembly 41 to pull back the degreasing cylinder 20 to restore its original tilt angle, and then slide it down to make the oil collection tray 60 return to the horizontal position. Finally, a signal is sent to control the degreasing cylinder 20 to slide back to the discharge end 100 of the thread rolling machine for the second material receiving. Therefore, based on the structure of the automatic degreasing device for objects described above, it can be seen that when this invention is used, the screws that have just been manufactured and processed can be degreased and the oil collected first. Then, through the process of unloading, the collected oil is poured back into the oil collection tank of the thread rolling machine, thus achieving the purpose of degreasing. It is evident that this invention has industrial application value and the following practical effects: 1. In the process of degreasing and unloading, the present invention can achieve fully automated operation through the control of the controller, and can also reduce the amount of oil adhering to the screws, thereby improving the quality of the screws. 2. During the degreasing operation of screws, the present invention can automatically recover the oil adhering to the screws, thereby keeping the working environment clean and meeting factory requirements. 3. The present invention has a simple structure, and the degreasing process can easily remove the oil from the screws without causing environmental pollution, which meets the current environmental protection requirements. 1: Feeding mechanism 10: Aggregate Funnel 100: Discharge end 11: Material drop outlet 12: Movable baffle 13: Power Unit 2: Centrifugal oil removal device 20: Oil removal cylinder 200: Shock absorber spring 21: Oil removal tank 22: Slide 3: Tilting support mechanism 30: Base 31:Introduction frame 310: Feeding Channel 32: Slide rail 34: Sliding rod 340: Pulley 4: Lifting device 40: Main frame 400: Slide 41: Chain assembly 410: The First Chain 411: Second Chain 5: Tilting guide device 50: Guide plate 51: Groove 52: Curveboard 520: Connecting rod 521: Spring 6: Oil return device 60: Oil collection tray 61: Cable group 63: Cable 64: Roller 65: Oil outlet
