Abstract

A tool holder is provided, which is a rotatable tool holder for loading tools other than rotary tools. It can be installed on the turret surface on which the rotary tool holder is mounted, and can maintain the accuracy of the position of the tool tip. The fixed tool holder (70) of the present invention can be installed on the second turret surface on which the rotary tool holder is mounted. The fixed tool holder (70) includes a second base (73a), a second rotating part (73c) for loading a fixed tool (71a), a second rotating drive force transmission mechanism (75), and a positioning mechanism (80).
